The materials of food packaging film include polyhydroxyfatty acid ester (PHA), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polycarbonate (PC).

2、 Introduction to five materials:

1. Polyhydroxyfatty acid ester (PHA) material

It is a kind of biopolymer material, which is synthesized by many microorganisms

An intracellular polyester is a natural polymer biomaterial.

With biodegradability and thermal processing properties of plastics, materials often have high water vapor permeability, which is unfavorable in food preservation.

PHA has good gas barrier, which makes it possible to be used in a long time

Time on the fresh-keeping package.

2. Polyethylene (PE) material

It has good water and moisture resistance, poor gas and organic steam resistance, and has good chemical stability

Generally, the acid-base does not react, and the oil resistance is slightly poor;

It has certain mechanical tensile and tear strength, good flexibility and low temperature resistance.

3. Polypropylene (PP) material

The barrier property is better than PE, with strength, hardness and rigidity

4. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material

Poor thermal stability, fluidity in viscous flow state

5. Polycarbonate (PC) material

Insoluble crystal, with good transparency

And mechanical properties, strong impact resistance at low temperature;
